NOTICE OF CONTRACTS AWARDED
THE EVESHAM MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY has awarded contracts without competitive bidding after a fair and open process for all professional services pursuant to N.J. Rev. §40A:11-5(1)(a). The Contracts and the Resolutions authorizing them are available for public inspection at the offices of the Authority. The contracts have been awarded as follows: PKF O’Connor Davies, LLC for professional services as auditor; T&M Associates, Environmental Resolutions, Inc., CME Associates and Remington & Vernick Engineers for professional services as auxiliary engineers; Malamut & Associates, LLC for professional services as bond counsel; Alaimo Group Consulting Engineers for professional services as consulting engineer; CME Associates for professional services as environmental consultant; Acacia Financial Group, Inc. for professional services as financial advisors; Malamut & Associates, LLC for professional services as general counsel; Sevee & Maher Engineers for professional services as geological engineer; Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli & Tipton LLC for professional services as labor counsel and special counsel and Virtua Occupational Health for professional services as occupational physician to the Authority commencing February 1, 2026 for a term of one year.
NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARDED
THE EVESHAM MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY has awarded a contract without competitive bidding after a fair and open process for Risk Management and Insurance Services to the Authority as an extraordinary unspecifiable service pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a)(ii). The Contract and the Resolution authorizing this contract are available for public inspection at the offices of the Authority. The contract has been awarded to Hardenbergh Insurance Group commencing February 1, 2026 for a term of one year.
